We are very excited to have you host a mixer for the Rainbow Chamber of Commerce. We hope that you find that it’s an incredible opportunity to open your business to our members and showcase what you do, how you do it, and why you’re the best at it.
In order to keep our Member Mixers high in quality, we have listed some expectations for the event. In additions the expectations set forth below, we require that all hosts must be in good standing and have paid member dues. If you are able to meet these expectations, please sign the agreement below and we’ll be on our way to creating an amazing event together.
FOOD + DRINK
Please provide complimentary catered or catered quality food (appetizers not dinner) as well as complimentary drinks. Hosts are not required to serve alcoholic beverages, however, please provide at minimum water and sodas.
SPACE + TIME
Please be able to accommodate 50-70 guests. Mixers will take place on agreed upon date between 6-8pm. Space should be available for set up at least 30mins prior to event start time.
Promotion should be started well ahead of the event. In order to achieve good attendance it is important for you to spread the word and advertise to your current customer/client base. The Rainbow Chamber will promote the mixer in at least one monthly eNews as well as 2-3 follow up event notifications. We will provide you with an event registration link that you can use to promote attendance. Host will have 5 free entrance passes to give to employees or preferred clients.
SET-UP + REQUIREMENTS
- 1 large table for appetizers/food
- 1 large table for check-in (at entrance)
- 1 large table for raffle prizes (host is encouraged to contribute up to 3 raffle prizes)
Parking Instructions: If parking for your event could present a challenge due to restrictions, timing or concurrent events please include any applicable parking instructions.
